What is a Florage flower subscription?

A subscription is a simple way to keep the flowers coming without needing to reorder each time. Choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly delivery and we will take care of the rest.

Who are subscriptions for?

Our customers use subscriptions to send regular flowers to someone they care about. It becomes a lovely surprise that arrives again and again. Many customers also use this service to enjoy fresh flowers in their own home or workplace.

What will the flowers look like each time?

Every delivery will be a fresh arrangement created by Andre and the Florage team using seasonal blooms, with a focus on locally grown flowers whenever possible. Each bouquet will be different, but always similar in size and value to the option you originally selected.

How often can flowers be delivered?

You can choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly delivery, depending on what suits you or your recipient.

How does the payment work?

Yes. You can update the delivery address, delivery date or other details at any time through your online account.

Can I pause or skip a delivery?

Will my subscription renew automatically?

Please use our calendar function at checkout to select the delivery date that is convenient to you. We will do our best to meet your selected date, however, we are ultimately dependent on our couriers and Australia Post for deliveries outside local Launceston and Hobart areas and interstate.

If you have a specific requirement or would like to discuss delivery options, please call us on tel: 03 6344 5013 (Launceston) or tel: 03 6159 9117 (Hobart) or email info@floragetasmania.com.au.

We do not deliver Sunday or on public holidays (except for Mother's Day or Valentine's Day in which different delivery conditions apply). Currently we only deliver Saturday's for Hobart local area. Launceston and Rest of Tasmania deliveries will be next business day, or plus one, dependent upon location.

Local Launceston and Hobart delivery (10km radius from Florage Tasmania, South Launceston and Murray St, Hobart) will be same day for orders received by 1pm weekdays and 11am Saturdays. We aim for all deliveries to reach business addresses by 5pm and residential addresses by 6pm. If your order is within a 0-10 km radius of Florage Tasmania (South Launceston or Hobart CBD), the delivery fee starts at $15.

Rest of Tasmania delivery will be next business day dependent upon distance and courier availability and restrictions. We cannot deliver for Launceston and outside Hobart CBD local area on Saturdays or Sundays but will aim for next business day. If your order is outside the 10 km radius of Florage Tasmania (South Launceston or Hobart CBD), the delivery fee starts at $25.

For more remote areas please expect next day plus one. Please note some parts of Tassie are too remote for our couriers, so we will refund you if we cannot deliver the flowers or hamper.

For interstate, we cannot deliver flowers interstate. For hampers we use Australia Post Express with delivery time approximately 2-3 business days (longer for Darwin or if outside of the metropolitan area in each state). Interstate deliveries will only be posted on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesdays to reduce risk of not being delivered before the weekend. The fee for interstate delivery is $35.
