We offer delivery from Monday - Saturday to the areas below.
You just need to place your order by 3pm weekdays and by 11am on Saturday. We do not deliver on Sunday's (Unless it is Mother's Day or Valentines Day). The earlier in the day the better for us to work our floral magic for you.
Distant areas that are not in the immediate Launceston area please allow one business day notice due to long distances and courier restrictions. If you're trying to send flowers/gifts outside our delivery areas indicated, please contact us directly. Unfortunately we cannot send to PO Boxes as part of our delivery option.
If it is after the cut off time or you need an express or timed delivery, please call FLORAGE directly and we will try to accommodate.
We ensure that all deliveries reach business addresses by 5pm and residential addresses by 6pm.
We also offer same day click and collect for all orders. Please allow a minimum of a 2-hour lead time for collections. Most of the time your order will be ready within 1 hour, we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
If you are sending a hamper interstate - Please allow 5-7 Business days for delivery. We do not deliver our flowers interstate, only plants and food products that do not require refrigeration.
COVID-19 UPDATE - Hospitals may refuse flower delivery. Please check if your recipient is able to receive flowers before ordering. Patients in ICU and possible oncology wards may not be able to receive flowers.
Contactless delivery is available. All of our staff are fully vaccinated and apply Covid safe procedures.

SAME DAY DELIVERY
Florage offers a same day delivery service across metro areas in Launceston. Orders for delivery must be received by 3pm, Monday to Friday or 11am Saturday to ensure same day delivery. Orders placed after the cut off time requesting same day delivery may either incur an additional fee or be dispatched on the next scheduled delivery day. Please note we are not able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day, except for funerals.
For areas outside of the Metro Launceston area please allow one to four day delivery service to rural or other areas in Tasmania.
Our courier partners provide a 3-7 Business day delivery services to regional parts of Australia, but please get in touch if you would like to arrange a custom delivery and we will be more than happy to facilitate this if we can. Unfortunately we cannot send to PO Boxes as part of our delivery option.
Once a gift has been delivered to a concierge or front desk at the address specified we cannot be held responsible for the gift getting to the recipient. In regards to hospital deliveries, if the patient has been discharged the gift will be returned to FLORAGE HQ and a re-delivery fee will apply. In the unfortunate event of a delay or delivery issue FLORAGE will work with the customer to assist in resolving any issues. If a customer gives permission for flowers to be left (eg: around the back) and the receivers are on holidays or not returning to their home, it is not the responsibility of FLORAGE to provide a replacement or refund in this instance.
We ensure that all deliveries are completed (provided accurate details such as company names and contact numbers have been provided) to businesses by 5pm and residences by 6pm, 7pm in peak seasonal periods.
For non-residential deliveries, eg businesses, schools, child care and hospitals, we highly recommend that you ensure correct delivery details and if the person is expected to finish work prior to 5pm.
In the event that we cannot deliver the flowers to the recipient in person, the following may apply based on the circumstance:
The recipient will be called to obtain instructions as to where the gift may be left, or the gift may be left in a sheltered position if:
- Requested to do so by the sender (see Delivery Instructions in check out) or
- Our courier determines it safe to do so.
Alternatively, if there is nowhere safe or sheltered to leave the order or the weather is not favourable then the gifts will be returned to FLORAGE HQ. We will contact the customer or recipient and arrange a convenient time for collection or re-delivery.
Charges will be incurred for re-delivery. You will be notified of any additional charges. Customers may opt to collect the gifts from our store at no additional charge.
If access is denied due to secured residential or commercial buildings, the gift will be returned to FLORAGE HQ and sender will be responsible for re-delivery and any other charges.
UNITS AND APARTMENT BUILDINGS
Couriers sometimes face problems with delivering goods to units and apartment building which can result in gifts arriving late, going missing or being returned to FLORAGE HQ. If gifts are being delivered to an apartment or unit address the customer is responsible for ensuring that the recipient will be available on the day to receive the gift. If the recipient is not home and the courier cannot gain access to the building to leave the gift in a safe place the gift will be deemed ‘undeliverable’ and either be returned to FLORAGE HQ where the customer will be liable for all charges and fees incurred in returning, storing or disposing of an undeliverable gift. FLORAGE is not responsible for gifts not collected by the recipient.
CHANGES TO DELIVERY DETAILS
If your order has not been dispatched it may be possible to change the details. Please phone Florage as soon as possible if you need to change the delivery details. We try to be responsive as possible by email / social media, however we are often quite busy looking after your order. Please pick up the phone if your order is due to go out and you require a change.
Please be very careful in providing us with correct, complete and up to date address information. If you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete address and we deliver your order as per your instructions, we can accept no responsibility for the mistake. If we are unable to deliver to an incorrect or incomplete address and the order is returned to FLORAGE HQ, we will do our best to redirect the gift to the correct address, however, an additional fee may apply and same day delivery may not be possible. Ensuring a succesful Delivery
- You have provided contact phone numbers for yourself and the recipient (mobile in case they are not home) in case of any delivery issues.
- You have ordered in time to ensure the delivery can be made according to your order.
- You have provided the correct delivery address, contact number, eg the correct unit or apartment number, the name of the business, street suffix eg ‘Smith Street West’ and so on.
Orders containing Alcohol
Floral gifts and plants may be accompanied by alcohol.
Alcohol is available for purchase on our website as an "add on only". FLORAGE liquor license states that in order to send alcohol it must accompany flowers or plants.
FLORAGE will make every effort to complete the order as requested. In some cases circumstances arise out of our control that restrict the delivery of alcohol.
- Restrictions include (but are not limited to):
- Age restrictions including an inability to provide evidence of age if requested
- Religious beliefs
- State Laws and Regulations
- There is no adult (over 18) at the delivery address to receive the order
- No-one is home to receive the order
If you place an order that includes alcohol and Avane is not able to deliver the alcohol because of one of the reasons stated above, we will contact you to advise of this.
Days of operation
We deliver 6 Days a week. We do not operate on public holidays or Sundays, so products will not be dispatched on such days. If you order a product for a Sunday or a public holiday delivery, we will deliver on the next working day.
