Covid-19 Update

To our wonderful Florage community,

During this time, we are all feeling the uncertainty and worry, in particular about our clients and our small business, but we would like to take a moment to let you know that we are taking the health and safety of our customers and staff very seriously.

For customers who are self-isolating, our online shop is always open. We offer same day delivery in Launceston with orders before 3pm. You can also contact us via email or phone.

Rest assured that our delivery drivers have implemented new health and safety measures to minimise contact and increase hygiene. These include wearing clean gloves during the handling of deliveries and organising with recipients to leave flower arrangements in safe locations.

If you would prefer to shop in-store our staff will ensure to keep their distance. We have also introduced additional cleaning and sanitisation practices to increase levels of hygiene. We will continue to monitor in-store traffic through this period and may need to adjust our opening hours accordingly.

Due to the flower markets being closed, flights being delayed/cancelled and deliveries being delayed. Some flower varieties are not available and your chosen product may vary slightly to the pictured product.

Rest assured, our quality and service still remain the same and your flowers will still be AMAZING!

Contact-free delivery

Limiting contact when delivering orders to your recipients will help keep everyone healthy, so in the interest of safety, your order may be subject to special precautions being implemented for contact-free delivery.

For home deliveries, couriers have been advised to knock so as to announce their arrival, then leave your gift on the doorstep if safe to do so.

For deliveries to a hospital and aged care facility - these facilities are very limited, if not already in lock down and not letting anyone in or out of the building.

For most hospitals, aged care facilities, business and all other location types, couriers have been requested to leave deliveries at reception. We will no longer require a signature for delivery - the courier will simply record the receivers name and time in which it was received and/or left at the location.

By implementing this change we are acting to ensure that we minimise transmission as much as possible, protecting our florists, couriers and your recipients, while still continuing to deliver beautiful flower arrangements to so many Australians that deserve some happiness in their day.

Call us for more information or to confirm that we can still deliver to the location you want your flowers delivered.
