How do i care for my flowers?

Here are some simple care instructions to keep your blooms looking beautiful for longer!

- Cut the stems 2cm on an angle

- Change the water every 2-3 days

- Drop a capful of bleach into the vase

- If in a container top the water up to prevent drying out

- Keep out of direct sunlight and heat to prevent wilting

Most importantly...show them off to your family and friends :)

Where do you deliver?

We deliver within the Launceston area free of charge.

We can also deliver interstate and overseas. If you require this service please call us to arrange delivery. 

Do you have a cut off time for delivery?

Same day delivery on online order are available until 2pm Weekdays or 10am Saturday. 

Can I order for another date?

Of course, we would love you to! At check-out you have the option to choose your delivery date and time. 

Can I include a message?

Yes, you can certainly enter a message on our order page. This will be printed on a custom note card. PLEASE ensure you sign off with your name so the recipient knows who the flowers are from. We will NOT automatically include your name on the note as some customers like to remain anonymous. 

What if no one is home to receive the flowers?

If you are not home when we deliver that is not a problem, your flowers will be placed in the safest spot possible. Not to worry though, your flowers will always come with water so they will stay fresh. You are welcome to leave instructions on the order page if you know in advance someone will not be home. Additional delivery charges may apply if we need to deliver the gift more than once. 

What if I enter the wrong address when ordering?

It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct address when ordering, including the unit or apartment number if applicable. If you give us the wrong address and we are unable to deliver the flowers, we will charge you a $15 re-delivery fee to send it out again the next day, or you can collect the flowers from our store. 


What if a posy purchased as part of a subscription is due to be delivered on a public holiday, over the christmas period or while Iâm away?

If one of your bouquets is due on a public holiday or over Christmas, youâll receive it on the next business day, and your subscription will resume on the normal day the next week. If youâre going away, send us an email and weâll pop your subscription on hold until you return.


Do you do special events, weddings or functions?

If you have a special event coming up and want the room looking colourful and cute, please inquire via emailing us at floragetas@gmail.com or head over to our portfolio page to check out some of our previous events we have done.



Florage cannot cancel any order that has already been made after 2pm, even if we have not delivered the order. If the cancellation request is made before 2pm, then we may be able to cancel the order. However, we cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled.



It is not normally Florage's policy to refund the price of the product. However, as every customer and order is individual, (and therefore may require a decision on a case-by-case basis), please contact us so we can determine the best solution to the problem.
